The Arizona Cardinals had their top running back questionable entering Sunday's tilt against the San Francisco 49ers.

The matchup is going to be tough despite being a home game. San Francisco quarterback Brock Purdy is finally set to return on Sunday. With their main man back under center, the 49ers are sure to adjust offensive strategies compared to last time they faced the Cardinals, when Mac Jones handled the duties.

Knight (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals ' official site reports.

Arizona Cardinals running back Trey Benson (knee) has now missed four games due to a knee injury he suffered in Week 4. He was placed on injured reserve after that game and remains there today. And it doesn't look like he'll be able to return in Week 10,
