Firefighters and Buena Park police officers suffered minor injuries as they pulled the suspect from inside a fire engine and detained him.

A man was taken away with his head covered after attacking firefighters inside their engine in Buena Park Thursday night. The incident occurred in the 5000 block of Knott Avenue when a man on a bicycle got in front of the engine as the crew was returning from an incident shortly before 7 p.

A man attacked a group of Buena Park firefighters and then hopped into the cab of a fire truck.
