Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has said Max Verstappen still intends to stay with the team for next year despite speculation about a move to Mercedes which would shake up Formula 1.

Max Verstappen, who is currently signed with Red Bull, is in talks with Mercedes over changing sides, according to The Guardian. The negotiations have reportedly intensified leading up to this weekend's British Grand Prix.

With rumours abound that Verstappen could be tempted to join Mercedes for F1 2026, he was once again questioning the performance of his Red Bull following Friday practice at Silverstone
