Authorities Make Gruesome Discovery in Suitcase Found in New York City’s East River
According to ABC News, authorities from the New York Police Department's Harbor Unit made the grim discovery at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the 1st Precinct near Governors Island. The crew of a ferry reportedly first spotted the suitcase bobbing in the water and cruised alongside it, attempting to pull in onboard.
