After visiting Palisades Fire site, Kamala Harris calls on leaders to "understand how we must do better"
While visiting a shelter for wildfire survivors in Westwood, former Vice President Kamala Harris said Thursday an increasingly longer California fire season is requiring leaders think about how they can "do better" in handling the natural disasters.
