The Celtics hit the ground running in their preseason opener on Wednesday night, building a 23-point halftime lead on their way to a 121-103 blowout win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Jaylen Brown led the way for Boston with 21 first-half points in 20 minutes before being rested in the second half.
