Day 4 - God created the sun, moon and stars. Day 5 - God created sea creatures (fish etc) and the birds of the air. Day 6 - God created human beings. Day 7 - God rested.

Catholics believe that humans were created to exist in harmony with God and others yet through the disobedience of sin we lost the fulness of that intended relationship. This rupture causes us misery.

I suspect that God is not happy with people who allow his creation to be destroyed. But God gave us the gift of free will, and it is up to us to protect the world. We must do better.
