At sunrise on Groundhog Day, members of Punxsutawney Phil's top hat-wearing inner circle revealed the cuddly oracle's prediction - his 134th, according to the Pennsylvania Tourism Office.

About 30,000 people live there, and the large copper mine is the industry that keeps it going. During my visit, I was reminded that to a lot of people in the world, every day is Groundhog Day.
