Vrabel, of course, was the head coach for the Tennessee Titans from 2018-23, posting a 54-45 record and leading the Titans to the AFC Championship Game in 2019.

Vrabel's last point in the video was especially poignant; making sure that his players treat the Patriots staff with the utmost respect and dignity.

Vrabel had a similar message during his introductory press conference in January. The 49-year-old coach spoke of erasing any sense of “entitlement” from the Patriots’ roster going forward.

Vrabel’s speech during his October induction into the Patriots Hall of Fame has since resurfaced. “I want you not to take this organization for granted,” said Vrabel.
