The 49ers head to State Farm Stadium to face the Arizona Cardinals with Brock Purdy back under center. Purdy was cleared off the injury report and is starting after missing six games with a turf-toe variant.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said afterward that the 39-year-old may have suffered the type of injury that could lead to him missing some time. "We think he pulled it, but not sure. We'll have to check tomorrow," Shanahan said, per 49ers Webzone.
