Washington Commanders Roster Moves: Noah Brown to IR again
The Washington Commanders announced several roster moves this morning. Five players left the Giants game with one or more injuries, and two of them have been shut down for the season. WR Noah Brown left the game in the 1st quarter with a back injury,
Noah Brown’s 2025 season has come to an end. The Commanders placed Brown on injured reserve on Tuesday after he suffered a rib injury during Sunday’s win over the Giants. Brown was able to play just four games in 2025. He suffered an ankle injury early in the season that kept him sidelined until the Week 14 loss to the Vikings.
On Sunday, Washington was able to stay ahead of the chains for long stretches. The Commanders weren’t always successful, but they were able to average nearly four yards a carry and win the time of possession over New York by pounding the ball between the tackles to good effect multiple times.
Dan Quinn had a graphic message for his team before facing the Giants. The defense responded with "violence" to snap the losing streak.
