A swastika was found carved into a door inside of a residence hall at Brown University on Wednesday.
Families and volunteers from across the University helped Brown’s newest students settle into their new homes on campus, launching a full week of New Student Orientation activities.
A university spokesperson said the Brown University Department of Public Safety was notified at 8:30 p.m. of a swastika carved into a restroom in a residence hall on the Pembroke campus.
