Just when you thought Hulu had kicked off 2025 in style with its bold list of January titles, in comes its February schedule, and there's even more to choose from out of everything new on Hulu in February 2025.

Oscars nominations were announced this morning, with Netflix's "Emilia Pérez" scoring 13 nods and "The Brutalist" and "Wicked" each getting 10.

For the first time ever, the 2025 Oscars ceremony will air on ABC and be streamed live on Hulu at the same time. The annual awards show, which has aired on the broadcast network for a whopping 50 years, can be streamed by all Hulu subscribers starting at 7 p.m. ET on March 2, 2025. The Oscars will also be available to stream on Hulu the next day.

Meanwhile, Emeryville-based Pixar, with "Inside Out 2, is a contender in the best animated category. In the South Bay, folks were saddened by the absence of "Wicked" director Jon M. Chu, a Palo Alto native, in the director's category.
