Authorities have arrested a man in the 1997 killing of a young mother whose body was found in a Long Island state park.
Andrew Dykes, 66, was arrested Wednesday near Tampa on a warrant out of Nassau County, New York over the 1997 death of Tanya Jackson, law enforcement sources told ABC News.
