Drummond is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated kidnapping and abandonment. The judge revealed that the four Tiptonville victims were found shot to death.

There is new information in the case of Austin Drummond, the man accused of killing four family members in Lake County and abandoning a baby at a random house.

Austin Drummond, 28, appeared by video feed from jail before a judge, two days after he was arrested in the killings of the parents, grandmother and uncle of an infant found abandoned in a stranger’s yard in Tiptonville last Thursday.
