Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and Arsenal midfielder Mariona Caldentey have been voted the men's and women's player of the year in English soccer for last season at the Professional Footballers' Association awards.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has praised Mohamed Salah after the Liverpool forward made history by winning the Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year award for a third time. Salah, 33, scored 29 goals and laid on 18 assists between August 2024 and May 2025 to help Liverpool finish 10 points ahead of Arsenal and win a second Premier League title in five seasons.
