Emma Raducanu said she will “be okay” after a “fixated” spectator was ejected from her match at the Dubai Tennis Championships earlier this week.

Emma Raducanu says she "will be OK" after being brought to tears at the Dubai Championships because of a man who approached her in a public area and was later ejected when seen in the stands of her match.

A male spectator who exhibited “fixated behavior” toward Emma Raducanu during her match against Karolina Muchová in Dubai has been given a restraining order, Dubai authorities confirmed Thursday.

British tennis star Emma Raducanu was visibly upset as tournament officials in Dubai ejected a spectator showing "fixated behavior" toward her during Tuesday's second-round match against Karolina Muchova.

Emma Raducanu was approached in a public space "by a man who exhibited fixated behavior" and the same man was spotted in the first few rows during her match, the WTA said.

Emma Raducanu, the 2021 U.S. Open champion, was a teenager in 2022 when a man in Britain was convicted of stalking her.

Raducanu was clearly upset as she approached the umpire during the second game in the match, which she lost to Karolina Muchova.
