The sun hadn't set on Republican Vivek Ramaswamy's gubernatorial campaign launch in Ohio earlier this week before President Donald Trump posted his endorsement of the Cincinnati-born biotech entrepreneur and former Department of Government Efficiency co-chair.

Much to the chagrin of Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, who trails Ramaswamy badly in both campaigns’ internal polling.

Here, Ramaswamy echoes former House Speaker Paul Ryan talking about his “Path to Prosperity” budget proposals or former President Ronald Reagan blaming people who needed government assistance on becoming “virtual wards of the state…that robs them of dignity and opportunity.”
