Denise Richards filed new court documents on Tuesday, Aug. 19, asking a judge to order ex Aaron Phypers and his family to vacate their Calabasas home. She claims that they are being evicted after Phypers stopped paying rent and she needs to retrieve her property and her dogs.

In court documents filed on August 20, Phypers alleged that Richards had him sign adoption papers for her now 14-year-old daughter, but "failed to file them."

Phypers claimed in court documents that he’s now legally without his daughter “despite raising her as his own.”
