A rollover crash in Norwalk on Monday led to a DUI arrest and the alleged discovery of narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, police said.

An off-duty Cleveland officer, Gary Kane II, was arrested for DUI after crashing into Romeo’s Pizza in North Olmsted. He showed impairment signs and refused a sobriety test and blood test.
