Jana Duggar and Stephen Wissmann celebrated their first wedding anniversary on Aug. 15, just three days before announcing that they're expecting their first baby together.

You may remember her from her younger years on the TLC reality show 19 Kids and Counting or the spin-off series that followed, Counting On, but Jana Wissmann (formerly Duggar) is all grown up as she’s gotten married and announced that she would be welcoming her first child.

Jana Duggar couldn't always count on finding her forever husband. For nearly 12 years, the reality star allowed cameras to document her life on TLC's 19 Kids and Counting and the spinoff Counting On.
