The K-pop stars are just the latest inspirations for McDonald's toys, which have been a quintessential part of its kids' meals for decades. Recently, the chain has paired its Happy Meals with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle x Hello Kitty, Minecraft and Crocs trinkets.

McDonald's is launching a new Happy Meal collaboration with the K-pop group BTS. The restaurant chain posted an image of a Happy Meal box and seven tiny figurines on social media on Monday that appeared to show the TinyTAN animated characters based on the famous seven-member boy band.

The limited-time collaboration includes two waves of collectible toys, a mobile game tie-in and an immersive fan event in Los Angeles.
