The Board has appointed Justin Hotard as the next President and Chief Executive Officer of Nokia. He will start in his new role on April 1, 2025. Lundmark will step down on 31 March 2025.

Hotard, who currently heads Intel's data center and artificial intelligence group, will take over from outgoing CEO Pekka Lundmark.
