The Pennsylvania Turnpike was closed in the eastbound direction between Pittsburgh and New Stanton on Tuesday morning. The turnpike described it as an emergency closure and a picture shared with Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 showed part of a tractor-trailer appeared to be on its side.
