Naoki Hamaguchi (浜口直樹, Hamaguchi Naoki) is a Japanese video game programmer and director. He currently works at Square Enix. Hamaguchi was heavily inspired to make games after playing Final Fantasy VI, wanting to make a game of its quality.

Naoki Hamaguchi (浜口直樹, Hamaguchi Naoki?) is an employee at Square Enix who has worked on the Final Fantasy series since Final Fantasy XII (2006). He is a member of Square Enix's Business Division 1.

Naoki Hamaguchi works at Square Enix in Japan, where he currently serves as Manager/Director/Lead Programmer. On Final Fantasy VII: Remake he served as Co-Director for both the 2020 release and the subsequent Integrade version in 2021, focusing on game design and programming.
