I used to grab a quick bowl of cereal every morning. I thought it was healthy. But by 10am, I was starving again, craving sugar, and wondering why I had no energy. Then I learned that post-menopause, our muscle mass and metabolism need protein more than ever. I was already strength training 3x a week with progressive overload, but my nutrition was missing the mark. So I ditched my ‘healthy’ cereal and started eating 30g of real-food protein for breakfast. Eggs, Greek yoghurt, nuts and seeds. No
