My Tips for Pool vs Open water Swimming 🏊‍♂️ If you have a good technique in the pool, don’t change it in open water learn how to use it in rough conditions with waves etc. For example if a wave is going over the top of me in the ocean I will hold my glide longer until it passes over the top.
