🎥 The Spirit of Independence (1962) – Restored Archival Film We are excited to share a newly restored version of The Spirit of Independence, a short film produced in 1962 that captures the people, places, and pride of Independence, Kansas during the Neewollah celebration. Originally preserved by the National Archives, this film was recently digitized in higher quality from the original film, replacing the earlier low-resolution copy that had been transferred years ago from a U-matic videotape.
