This is huge - we're building a new six-storey block at Royal Perth Hospital. It'll have two floors dedicated to a new emergency department, allowing more patients to be treated, better access for ambulances, more parking, public transport, and more beds to boost the hospital’s capacity. Located on the northern side of the Royal Perth Hospital site, work will progress on this new building without disrupting patients or staff. With construction set to begin in 2026, it's part of our new $1.5 bill

The Royal Perth Hospital Catering team is one of the vital cogs that keeps the hospital’s wheels running. The 35 staff who make up the team provide approximately 635,000 main meals to patients in a year!
