Woburn Abbey continues to undergo major restoration, and here we can see how the roof, in particular, has been transformed over the past few years. Nearing the end of this vast structural work, you can see where the old slates are now being lifted to allow for the lead gutters and weathering underneath to be renewed before the slates are carefully cleaned and reinstated. We look forward to continuing to share many of the elements of this historic Abbey which are being restored or renewed for fut
