Will It Cup? Pepperoni Challenge! In episode 2 of this stick pepperoni tests, i slice up some Boar's Head pepperoni and put it on a pizza. I then bake it to see if the pepperoni cups up and chars around the egdes. The pepperoni did curl up modestly and looked great! Not the most cupping action but a really nice curl and the pepperoni got nice and crispy around the edges.
