Add in the flour and salt and mix to combine. Start kneading with your hand until the dough is soft but tacky. Make sure your hands don’t stick. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and leave to proof in a dark warm place for an hour or until doubled in size. Turn the dough over on to a lightly floured surface
